Terms and Conditions — Roby Casino

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of Roby Casino ("the Casino"), operated by NovaForge Ltd and Adonio N.V. under a Curacao eGaming licence. By registering an account or using the Casino's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Casino's services.

1. Eligibility

To register and play at Roby Casino, you must meet all of the following conditions.

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are acting as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from Roby Casino or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Roby Casino account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. 3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Before processing withdrawals, Roby Casino is required to verify your identity under its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You will need to provide a government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and verification of your payment method.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a 40x wagering requirement. Bonus funds expire 10 days after activation unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

The following restrictions apply to bonus use.

• Maximum bet while bonus funds are active: A$7.50 per spin or round
• Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for the first-deposit welcome bonus
• Bonus abuse, including pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, may result in forfeiture

Winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting this requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an advantage
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or table game formats
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without genuine cause
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Exploiting technical errors or software glitches — any winnings resulting from such errors are not valid

7. Responsible Gambling

The maximum liability of Roby Casino to any player in relation to any dispute shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the dispute.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by applicable local law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold under Australian consumer law.

10. Amendments

Roby Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
